Philomena has worked in the development and training field for more than 18 years. She is a unique leadership coach who has worked with clients around the world across a number of sectors.
In her corporate career in blue chip organisations, she successfully led development and training teams that made a difference. Her philosophy is that development activities need to serve the dual needs of business and individual in order to be successful and result in sustained change - she has taken this approach into her own business.
In 1997 Philomena established Hayward Development Partnership, offering a range of leadership development services to FTSE 100 listed corporate clients. Throughout her career Philomena has pursued her own development as a way of informing and evolving her thinking, skills and delivery. She is a master practitioner in NLP and is accredited in numerous disciplines including group dynamics and facilitation skills and in tools like Myers Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO. She has trained with the best including Tad James, Robert Dilts, Penny Tompkins and James Lawley, Peter Senge, Ian McDermott as well as the team from University of Surrey School of Educational Studies.
Her core value is making a difference that is real and sustained. This is achieved by working in a unique and creative way that involves building strong trusting relationships with clients and understanding and addressing their real needs.
All the coaches she works with have shared values and the depth and breadth of experience and expertise that she offers herself.
