At Hayward Development Partnership we believe that it is important to acknowledge and understand that women and men are different. Over time the culture in most organisations has been shaped by men and a natural outcome is that business operates under the influence of predominantly male beliefs and values. Also women usually have a multitude of roles and responsibilities. Many of us are the main carers for our children, we look after elderly or infirm relatives, we are wives, sisters, daughters, mothers, homemakers and on top of all of that, we have successful careers.

So how can we make all of that work for us? How can you lead yourself toward the life you want?. We take the view that ultimately you are the key to your success and happiness.

We coach women like you who understand that for their personal vision to be realised you have to invest in yourself. Coaching is a powerful relationship that is totally focused on you, what you want to achieve and how to make that happen.

All our coaching programmes recommend a minimum of six sessions. We start the process with a structured interview that enables us to be clear and focused. We also agree specific and measurable outcomes with you so that you are clear what you want from the coaching. We use our experience and training to find the best way for you to achieve your goals. We review progress throughout the programme.

Our programmes for women include:

Time for a change – You may be at a time when circumstances or some inner drive is leading you to seek to make a significant change in your life. This process is specifically aimed at helping you clarify what changes you want and helping you achieve them in a way that works for you.

Time for you – Do you sometimes feel that it is all getting on top of you? Other people’s needs and demands are closing in on you and there are just not enough hours in the day? This programme is designed to help you refocus. There will always be 24 hours in the day but by clarifying what is most important to you, you can have have more of what you want.

Time to let go – This is a powerful programme that offers you an opportunity to take some time to reflect on where you have been and where you are going. It focuses on you, what’s important to you, what you want, what you are responsible for and what you need to let go of in order to fully realize your goals.
