Coaching is for everyone. Its sole purpose is to help you make the changes and improvements you want in your life. A coach is someone who is there for you and focused on you. We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck, we want something different but don’t know how to get there. Through our coaching, we guide you through, ask you the challenging questions, get you to focus on what you really want, help you to confront some of your fears about having the life you want and deserve.
Personal Coaching offers you external, objective support to help you make the changes you want in your life. Perhaps you feel stuck in a rut, at a crossroads but unsure how to move on. We work from the assumption that what really stops us having what we want comes from within. Our approach starts by helping you to understand how and why you stop yourself and then helps you to change it.
We start the process with a structured interview that enables us to be clear and focused. We also agree specific and measurable outcomes with you so that you are clear what you want from the coaching. We use our experience and training to find the best way for you to achieve your goals. We review progress through out the programme.
